Architect Eli Attia filed a legal complaint against Google, Inc., on December 5 in Santa Clara County Superior Court. The lawsuit accused the Internet giant of stealing the technology behind Google’s Flux Factory Inc., which was conceptualized in 2012 and was deemed a “radical solution” to lessening global carbon footprints and broadening housing opportunities, Globes reported.
Attia claimed that Flux was founded on intellectual property stolen from his ideas; according to his claim, Google took hold of his technology and pushed him out of the project on which he and Google should have been co-collaborators.
